Issue/Introduction

Unable to connect to the EndPoint, when trying to register it in the Provisioning Manager

Environment

IM Version: 14.4.0
Endpoint Version: RedHat 7.8

Cause

The following error appears in the "/var/log/secure" log, and it seems that registration is not done.

 SNIPER sshd[190798]: userauth_pubkey: key type ssh-rsa not in PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms [preauth]
 SNIPER sshd[196165]: userauth_pubkey: key type ssh-rsa not in PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms [preauth]
 SNIPER sshd[196543]: userauth_pubkey: key type ssh-rsa not in PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms [preauth]

Resolution

 This error is caused due to a problem with the OS configuration. Please refer to the below Redhat discussion board for the solution.
