Resolution

Customer have EEM setup in a Windows Cluster env which EEM is not cluster aware.

 

We reviewed the backup config files and determined 2 config files had the incorrect hostname in them.

\CA\SC\iTechnology\iPoz.conf
\CA\Directory\dxserver\config\knowledge\itechpoz.dxc

 

Once we corrected the hostname, iPoz was able to initialize and EEM showed the correct number of applications.
