Release: All versions.
Component: CA CONFIG AUTOMATION
If CCA is the only application that is using EEM then the steps are recommended to uninstall EEM, CA iTechnology, iGateway, and CA Directory:
1. Open a command prompt window and navigate to the EEM Home\uninstall directory %EIAM_HOME%\uninstall
2. Run the following command to uninstall EEM:
eiamuninstall -DFORCE_UNINSTALL=true
3. Follow the on-screen prompts.
4. Within Windows Explorer, navigate to the CA folder, and delete the following folders:
Directory
SC\EmbeddedEntitlementsManager
SC\iTechnology
5. Go to the Registry (regedit), and perform a top -evel search (Edit->Find) on 'Computer'. Search for the
following until it completely searches through the entire registry, for each:
dxserver
CA\Directory
EmbeddedEntitlementsManager
iTechnology
* You will find the environment variables for the above, those you can leave if you choose. Everything
else you find, you must delete.
