Will PDSMAN stop running if the LMP Licensing Key is expired?

Resolution

The PDSMAN license checking module always give Rc=0, no function will be lost if the LMP check fails.

The Common services code will issue messages if the license is expired, but the PDSMAN function will continue to work.
