Error Your VIP Account is Inactive. You are attempting to access a VIP account that has been suspended. If you have any questions about the status of this VIP account, contact your Symantec representative when attempting to log into VIP Manager.
The User ID (email address) exists in another VIP Account that is no longer active.
If creating an administrator for a different VIP account, use a different email address or email format.
Inactive VIP accounts need to be renewed prior to access. For questions about renewing a VIP account, contact your Broadcom partner or contact Broadcom Customer Care.
