Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to analyze more than one Database Dataset Group (DSG) in a single Database Analyzer (DBA) job step execution?

Resolution

Yes, execution option FUNCTION=ANALYZEALL can be used to analyze all DSGs in one jobstep.

Additionally to all DSGs of a specific database, all related secondary index databases as well as all logical related databases also will be analyzed in this execution.

Use FUNCTION=ANALYZEALL only ONCE to analyze ALL related databases belonging to ONE complex. Any DBD of these complex can be used in execution option DBD=dbdname.
