Unable to uninstall all NS products listed in the Symantec Installation Manager (SIM), the NS, and then the SIM itself. Most products are successfully uninstalled through SIM but there are three that remain with the following error:
Product is not properly configured
This product is installed by not properly configured. You may need to manually configure or install this product again to resolve the problem. This may be caused by the SQL server not being available.
ITMS 8.x
Resolve this by going to the Windows Add/Remove Programs (Programs & Features or Apps & Features) and removed "Symantec Platform and Solutions".
Another option for to uninstall problem Solutions that will not uninstall is to go to the following folder which should have all the MSI installer files and select any of the problematic Solution's MSI installers and uninstall them:
C:\Program Files\Altiris\Symantec Installation Manager\Installs\Altiris
