Autosys jobs that have completed are still reported in the WCC Monitoring tab as being in a running state.

The recommended solution is to install the AutoSys CUM3 patch and patch followed the by the WCC CUM2.
Then clear the server cache to clean the collected data and recollect.

Please note the installation of the patches will not retrieve the status of jobs that are already collected. This fix will get the status for jobs from the time the fix is applied. If you wish to fix all the job's statuses, then you will have to clean all the collected data and re-collect the data.
