Issue/Introduction

Customer is facing an issue in Identity Manager and Identity Portal, not able to load AD endpoint.

Cause

This Issue happens if the Connector Server service has stopped (crashed).

Resolution

Restart the connector server, after the restart Endpoint should load successfully in both in IM and IP without issues.
