Can you please let us know the workaround to enable “ Mail Notification / Incidents Creation “ for Situations which are active and age > 15 Mins? This is the requirement we would like to fulfill without any update to the new Situation.

Resolution

Currently, there is no workaround for this configuration.

We have opened an an enhancement request with OI DEV team.

The OI DEV team will prioritize the enhancement request accordingly.
