Do Rally's Rich Text fields support Markdown?

Issue/Introduction

We would like to explore Rally being able to render text formatting when the specific language is selected in Rich Text Fields, specifically when entering Markdown.  Github has a very nice feature that allows this to be done and it would beneficial if Rally had this feature as well.   This from GitHub:

At this time Rally does not support Markdown in our Rich Text fields.
