Implementer upgrade to latest version

Issue/Introduction

We would like to upgrade to the latest version of IMPLEMENTER.  

From 11.2 to 12.5

Going to PTC support web site and try to download Implementer 12.5 we get a .exe file why?

Release : 8.7

Component : CA 2E Change Management Option

Resolution

The .exe that users download from PTC support site is actually the Implementer Update (IU) desktop utility.  Once installed on the PC, IU can be used to download and install/upgrade the Implementer product library.  In addition, IU is used to apply patches and create diagnostic packages, both of which require the use of IU
