Issue/Introduction
OVA cannot start after applying the MSSQL 2016 patch and went into maintenance mode.

Cause
This is due to root folder space running out
Resolution
Clear up root disk space and identify why the space is running out by turning off DEBUG logging and restarting the Vapp
