It seems that SSO timeout often happened. I tried to run it in edit mode and often got stuck at login step. The issue did not happen in other sites.
We could not figure out what cause the SSO failure (or timeout). Could you please provide any clue about it?

Customer need to check the environment internally
As per the observation it is getting stuck at SSO.
please check the experience graph for a longer duration
If the graph is fairly consistent behaviour, and not new behaviour then need to be checked from the environment.
When we hit the SSO login page typically behind the scenes either it might be hitting load balancer and get routed to a server to get the auth token and proceed further.
Please check internally with your team which server is processing the auth token and is there any delay in response from that server.
