How to enable the LDAP access for shared environment (multiple customer)

Issue/Introduction

We have shared our ca pm with multiple customer using tenants .and as of now customers are using the local (DX netops) authentication, as per our security team concerns we need to enable the LDAP access for this customer , please suggest how to add multiple customers LDAP into ca pm.

as we can't create the customer user creation into our LDAP.

Resolution

Performance Management  support 1 toplevel LDAP tree that can contain many forests.  

if the customers are all under 1 tree then a single LDAP can be used directly.
