Conflicting ruleset error. incorrect ruleset applied

Issue/Introduction

I am looking at a set of CONFLICTING RULESET alarms for devices that are no longer part of the GC handling the old ruleset causing the error.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

Please try the following steps (but first take an SSdb backup):

./update action=0x10326 mh=<VNM_ModelHandle> 
./update action=0x10327 mh=<VNM_ModelHandle> 
./update action=0x10328 mh=<VNM_ModelHandle> 
./update action=0x10334 mh=<VNM_ModelHandle>

The action codes should be ideally run against the VNM model.
