Changes to web forms are not taking effect

Issue/Introduction

Need to hide the CAB approval field from the detail_chg.htmpl form but the change is not taking effect

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - Web Screen Painter

Resolution

- Physically delete the entire line from the detail_chg.htmpl form, save the form and clear the browser cache before testing.  Make sure to take a backup of the site directory before attempting the change.

- Run the command "dir /s" in the SDM install dir's site dir to see what copies of the files exist within the site directory and modify those files directly, preferably with the above approach.   Again, make sure backups have been taken before.
