Issue/Introduction

Why is the Sysview for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) PC started task failing immediately upon startup with:
SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=052 REASON CODE=00000513

Resolution

In this particular scenario, the PCSSID parameter in the PC started task had the value of a valid Db2 (ssid) subsystem name thus causing: 
SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=052 REASON CODE=00000513

It is imperative that the PCSSID value never be a valid Db2 ssid.
