While trying to load a mib from the mib tools we got a memory error and the OneClick console unexpectedly closes.
Release : 21.2
Component : Spectrum OneClick
The Maximum Client Memory Usage assigned by default (1024 MB) is not enough and it needs to be increased.
As per the error message, there was an out of memory error:
This is confirmed from next
You can resolve this increasing the Maximum Client Memory Usage (megabytes) for OneClick Client Configuration.
You can start changing its value from 1024 (default) to 2048, if the client machines that run the Java Console have room for that.
Be aware that after making these changes, you need to download the JNLP again (Browse to the OneClick web page, and click "Start Console". Then double-click the new JNLP to launch the console), otherwise the changes won't apply as they are included in the JNLP.
If your OneClick servers are behind a Load Balancer, ensure you made the change on each OneClick server.
