Error creating idea from template if location selected is different

Issue/Introduction

Non-admin users are getting an error when they try to create Ideas from Template if the Location they select is different from the one set on the template:

Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator.

Resolution

Remove the default Location value from the template
