TDM Portal login fails after copying the gtrep database to a new location.

Issue/Introduction

After copying the gtrep database to a new location, and reconfiguring the TDM Portal in application.properties to point to the new database, it is no longer possible to login.

TDMService.log shows a rollback error and a missing database procedure seq_sul_nextval

Resolution

Using SQL Server Management Studio to inspect gtrep -> Programmability -> Stored Procedures.
No procedures had been copied from the original database. 
After using gtrep -> Tasks -> Back Up... and Restore to copy the database, the procedures were copied correctly and it was possible to login to the Portal
