Issue/Introduction

Where can the customer configure the location  of the Export files?  

When you Export something in OneClick a dialog box comes up asking for the filename.  After entering the filename the customer goes to the Documents folder where they are running OneClick client on and the file is not there.  Where can you configure the location of these exports?

Cause

The download location of the files is configured in the browser. 

Resolution

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click the  icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Click Settings.

4. On the left side of the screen, click Downloads.

5. In the middle of the window, under Downloads, click the Change button next to Location.

6. Navigate to the folder where you want to save future downloads, and click the  button.
