Not receiving alerts from websphere_mq probe

Issue/Introduction

We are not receiving alerts from the websphere_mq probe.

websphere_mq v2.22

Server OS version: Windows Server 2019 Datacenter.

Please provide us the websphere_mq probe details which are compatible with Windows 2019 Datacenter.

Important Note:

Set the MONQ property value of the message queue to HIGH to fetch the monitoring data. Broadcom recommends using the HIGH setting value, which allows the probe to collect monitoring data about the message queues in the subsequent interval.

Requirement: Install the probe on a Robot running Windows 2012R2 since it is currently only supported on Windows 2012R2, not Windows 2019.

The websphere_mq probe is not currently supported for any other OS other than Windows 2012R2 at this time. It is not supported on Windows 2019 at this time.
