GTServer installation fails during upgrade

Issue/Introduction

We recently installed 4,10 upgrade. Most of the components got installed without issues. However when we try to install GT Server and ARD we are getting repeated pop ups with the below message.

"Are you sure you want to cancel the installation"

We restarted the server and tried multiple times but the pop up keeps appearing.

 

Environment

Release : 4.10

Component : TDM Web Portal

Resolution

These two installers are not required. As ARD has separate installer, you can download latest ARD installer from support portal.

   For GTServer, instead of GTServer API, you can use TDMService to connect to the repository.
