DX Dashboards dark-mode Theme not sticking on page refresh

Issue/Introduction

Navigating through DX dashboards using the dark mode theme. On page refresh, the dashboard theme changes to white.

The end user is adding &theme=dark to the end of the web address, and it appears to be cleared from the address bar.

It is part of the Enhancement Request for the DX Dashboard UI.

Now the theme is set to default for landing and refreshed.

Workaround:

Try using Super Dark Mode Extension for now;
