Issue/Introduction

The monitor is failing with the below message:

Script failed at step 3: unknown error: net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

DX App Synthetic Monitor

Cause

ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED is from the browser and it means that TCP connection was closed or was not established.

Resolution

Work with your Network Team to resolve the network or firewall issue
