MUX - URL doesn't display as link for Action Item

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: 

Within the MUX, an Action Item doesn't display a clickable URL, it's text only

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Log into the MUX, go to Administration, and Blueprints. Create a new 'Page' Blueprint
2. Add a new 'Canvas' Module, ensure that 'Action Items' is checked.
3. Go to 'Pages', and create a new Page, and associate it to the newly created Blueprint
4. Open the new Page, and go to the module that was added. 
5. Click 'Configure' and drage the 'Action Items' into the canvas.
6. If no Action Items are associated to the user yet, trigger an action item, that includes a url in the description.
7. View the Action Item, and note that the link is not clickable.

Expected Results: 

The url should be clickable, like it displays in the Classic UI

Actual Results:

Only the text is displayed
