How to configure one email address to receive all the Software Portal email requests?

Environment

ITMS 8.6

Resolution

Created a single user in the SMP Console under "Settings > Security > Account Management" with the needed email address and assigned this user to the "Software Portal Managers" Security Role. Doing this allows all software requests to be sent to this single email address.
