sdgtw - SNOW integration is not working

Issue/Introduction

sdgtw probe connection is working with SNOW. Validation is successful, however, the incident number is not getting assigned to the alerts generated in UIM.

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - SDGTW

Cause

- The San Diego version of SNOW is not currently supported.

Resolution

Unfortunately, San Diego is not on the current list of supported SNOW versions for the sdgtw therefore it's not officially tested nor supported.
