Virtual Service Update Issue in 10.7 Workstation

Issue/Introduction

We are not able to update the virtual services, specially operators in request data (VSI), It's not saving after changing and sometime it's getting stuck to change any other field.

I can see this in known issues in 10.7 release notes where it is mentioned, it's available vide patch.

Environment

Release : 10.7

Component : DevTest Workstation

Resolution

patch_DE532649_DE537095_ DE543873_10.7.0_GA which has cumulative fixes present in 10.7.0 GA

The name of the patch contains three defect numbers

DE532649 - The patch that the customer already has in the lib patches folder
DE537095 - The patch that the customer already has in the lib patches folder

DE543873 - Current open defect. But the fix for this was already provided for another customer with the defect number DE523855. 

 

Steps to apply the patch:

1. Stop Registry. and Workstation

2. Take a backup of the existing patches and delete them

3. Apply this new patch patch_DE532649_DE537095_ DE543873_10.7.0_GA in the lib/patches folder

4. Restart Registry and Workstation

 

This patch will resolve all his issues.
