Cannot delete new Credential Manager User Roles

Issue/Introduction

Making a copy of the built-in standard roles causes the role to be protected from modification

Environment

Release :  4.1.0 and below , 4.0.3 and below

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

The GUI copy included the update field in the database while creating the copy of the role.

Resolution

For any release from 4.1.0 and below, a Broadcom support engineer can login and manually reset the value to allow it to be properly deleted from the GUI. 

Any release after 4.1.0 there should not be an issue with this
