Few users have observed that the Status window that is displayed during the ongoing "Upgrade activity" continues to appear in the browser for them even after the upgrade is over. Logging out and then logging in again also doesn't help. The issue has been reported in both Chrome and Edge browsers. Clearing the browser cache resolves the issue.

Component : Clarity SAAS maintenance
The caching situation with the Clarity SAAS banner page reported to SAAS operations team. The static banner page response is an expected behavior when users access the clarity page while it is in maintenance. This is a current limitation and would be enhanced in subsequent releases. Clearing the browser cache or temporary files (%TEMP%) on the workstation seems to be the only viable workaround for now.
