Issue/Introduction

Users are logging in for the first time, and while some delay is expected due to cache initialization, multiple users are experiencing login times ranging from 1 to 5 minutes when accessing the Portal.

Release : 14.4 CP1

Component : Identity Portal

OS : Windows 2019

Cause

This is due to browser cache corruption.

Resolution

Clear up the client side browser cache.

Additional Information

Portal is authenticating against Okta via SAML. 

Portal JVM memory has been tuned.
