Issue/Introduction

Users are logging in for the first time and while I know login delays are expected (building a cache), several users are reporting delays of 1-5 minutes to login to Portal.

 

Environment

Release : 14.4 CP1

Component : Identity Portal

Windows 2019

Cause

This is due to browser cache corruption.

Resolution

Clear up the client side browser cache.

Additional Information

Portal is authenticating against Okta via SAML. 

Portal JVM memory has been tuned.
