EEM errors when running wcc_config but it does complete requested task

Issue/Introduction

We recently upgraded a WCC to version 12 and as part of that had re-pointed the WCC and Autosys schedulers to an EEM hosted on Windows.

When running the filter_jobtypes.sh utility, it gives errors contacting the EEM, though does filter the job types.  On the first server I encountered it on, it was displaying the current Windows EEM servers, and similar on others, but one server was still showing the older Linux based EEM servers that is co-hosted on our production WCC servers.

Unsure why the errors or why the old Linux WCC servers were showing up.
