Sporadic Index.jsp page not found when resetting password

Issue/Introduction

When users are forced to reset their password and are redirected to a public page; occasionally they receive a page not found error. Sometimes just hitting the browser page reload will allow the page to render. 

Error: 

2022-07-13 07:53:44,774 ERROR [ims.ui] (default task-21) Page cannot be found.  Please check the URL. (/iam/im/portalpub/ui7/index.jsp)

Resolution

Sporadic issue that did not happen again for the client.  If product configuration issue the page would never load. 

Possibly caused by the firewalls within the DMZ where one node is sometimes blocking the communication.  If you refresh the page, the communication works and can communicate outside the DMZ and the index.jsp issue does not happen.
