Is EEM 12.6.4 backwards compatible with SOI 4.2 CU2?

Issue/Introduction

We currently have SOI 4.2 CU2 and EEM 12.6.0.5.  We like to upgrade them to SOI 4.2 CU4 and EEM 12.6.4. 

I assume I need to upgrade EEM 12.6.4 first.  Can you please let me know if SOI 4.2 CU2 will work with EEM 12.6.4? 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : SOI INSTALL

Cause

SOI 4.2 CU4 requires EEM 12.6.4

Resolution

EEM 12.6.4 is NOT compatible with SOI  4.2 CU2.

EEM 12.6.4 will work with SOI 4.2 CU3

Additional Information

If you are running CU3, you can upgrade EEM 12.6.4 first.

Then CU4.

 

When tested with CU2, EEM 12.6.4 did not work.
