Sinabox update from 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124 causes multiple DIFFERENT TYPE MODEL Alarms on SINA L3 BOX S (126.96.36.199.4.1.82188.8.131.52.27) models.
Release : 21.2
The Secunet SINA Box upgraded to Software 184.108.40.206 that were modeled with ModelType = SecunetDevice and Device type = SINA L3 BOX S have now Model Type = GnSNMPDev and Device Type = "secunet Security Networks AGRT"
The change of the Model Type is because the install of the new software version changed something on the mib and the System Object Id is now 220.127.116.11.4.1.8218.104.22.168.27.0 instead of 22.214.171.124.4.1.82126.96.36.199.27
As 188.8.131.52.4.1.82184.108.40.206.27.0 was not defined in Spectrum, a new entry was added in the device certification with model type = GnSNMPDev.
As Spectrum found that the Model Type changed for the same device it generates a "DIFFERENT TYPE MODEL" alarm.
In the Device Certification modify the Model Type of line with System Object id = 220.127.116.11.4.1.8218.104.22.168.27.0 from GnSNMPDev into SecunetDevice (like the out of the box entry of Sina box system object id = 22.214.171.124.4.1.82126.96.36.199.27)
Customer should check with the vendor if it is correct that the upgrade of software will change the system object id in the mib as well as the content of OIDs that contain the Manufacturer (that now is blank) and the Device Type.
