Issue/Introduction

You are getting the following error when opening security tab for any folder (while looking at select folder>right-click>properties>security):

Access the URL mentioned in the log above gets the same result.

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Cause

 The missing group is "Asset Permissions" that gets installed with Asset Management Solution.

 Asset Management Solution was initially installed on the SMP and then it was uninstalled.

Resolution

Workaround is to re-install the missing Asset Management Solution (using SIM (Symantec Installation Manager) to fix this issue.
