MCS SQL Server (Enhanced) v5.48.1 template error: credentials are being saved in 3 different sections

Issue/Introduction

SQL Server (Enhanced) v5.48.1 MCS template has an error.

The credentials are being saved in 3 different sections in the configuration 0,1 and 2.

This is preventing the full configuration to be applied correctly to the servers.

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - MON_CONFIG_SERVICE_TEMPLATES

Cause

Defect in SQL Server (Enhanced) v5.48.1.

If the Auth Type is Windows Auth, Enable Cross Domain should be enabled - this option is not present in the current version of the sqlserver_template package (SQL Server Enhanced template).

Resolution

The Template attached to this KB: SQL Server Enhanced template version 5.52.1 resolves this issue with an added toggle button Enable Cross Domain
