ICE063A SORTLIB missing running DBUTLTY LOAD

Issue/Introduction

When running DBUTLTY sorted LOAD, the job produces error

DB13001E - UNEXPECTED RETURN CODE 13 (62) SORT IN LOAD/RETIX HAD AN ERROR

The JES message log shows 

IEC130I SORTLIB  DD STATEMENT MISSING
ICE063A - jobname.stepname  OPEN ERROR SORTLIB

IBM DFSORT

Cause

IBM DFSORT issue where SORTLIB DD statement is required when using SORTWK files on tape (or VTAPE).

Resolution

Add the SORTLIB DD statement in the JCL . Usually this is //SORTLIB DD DSN=SYS1.SORTLIB,DISP=SHR
