Header control may cause issue to access a particular website

Issue/Introduction

Cannot connect to yellowpages.com.au 

 

The problem is not producible in house.

The policy trace shows some header control rules,

MATCH:         action.__delete_notify_cookies(yes) 

MATCH:         action.SuppressHeaders1(yes) action.ControlRequestHeaderRemovexxxxx(yes) 

The pcap shows the OCS stop responding after ssl handshake, then proxySG timeout after 180s.

Cause

There could be some wrong headers, or missing some headers, then the OCS think it's not a valid request, then it decides not to response to the request.

Resolution

Removing the header control for yellowpages.com.au made it work.
