Registry webpage error: page not found

Issue/Introduction

Customer was trying to access the Registry webpage and got

404 : page not found.

 

We are using the direct link for this page:

https://SOI-HOST:7493/registry/carbon/admin/login.jsp

Environment

Release : 4.2 CU4

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Cause

Broadcom upgraded the WSO2 Governance Registry and it now runs on port 9443

Disabling Port 9443 for New WS02 Carbon service

 

Resolution

The Registry had been updated in SOI 4.2 CU4 and uses a new port 9443.

Customers are able to access this page.
