Resolution

Customer setup UI to connect to the SOI Manager via https in the \CA\SOI\SamUI\webapps\sam\server-config.xml

 

Since this is a secure connection to the manager, customer needs to run the following command on the UI server.

NOTE: No need to setup the soitoolbox.cfg on the UI server to execute the command.

\CA\SOI\Tools\soitoolbox.exe --addCertToTrustStore
