Appneta Experience - Apdex Score not being displayed Webpath List

Issue/Introduction

Apdex Score not being displayed on Webpath List. Shows dash (-). Apdex Score sporadically appears and disappears on page refresh.

 

Resolution

Webpath List refreshes every 12 minutes and captures Apdex score of last workflow. If no workflow has run between last refresh, Apdex Score shows as a dash (-)

Workaround: Set workflow to run every 12 minutes or less from the Configure button under the webapp group and updating the interval (min) field:
