Issue/Introduction

Can I use Javascript calculator for alerts? 

I have setup an alert using a Javascript calculator as metric definition and now I am having trouble with my alert notification.

Environment

Release : 21.3

Component : CA DOI ALARM ANALYTICS

Resolution

A JavaScript calculator and does not have any associated metadata in TAS, meaning that it will not work properly for alert definition. This is not recommended by Broadcom to use as an alert definition
