User Administrator role users cannot delete accounts with role of administrator.

Issue/Introduction

Users with the role of User Administrator cannot delete accounts with the role of Administrator.

Resolution

The issue is a non Administrator Role cannot delete a member of an Administrator Role.

You can change the user you are deleting to a non Administrator role before deleting, and therefore be able to delete the user from a nonAdministrator role such as the User Administrator.
