Job: Update Financial Plan Actuals and Forecast taking too long

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: The job Update Financial Plan Actuals and Forecast is taking more than 24 hours to complete.
Times vary depending on the options chosen.  

This has been observed on SQL Server

Steps to Reproduce: 

1.  Run the job with no parameters for Investment OBS or Investment.  Do not add dates either.
    Leave the rest of the options checked

 

Expected Results: Job runs in a reasonable time.

Actual Results:  Job ran for over 48 hours.

                 

Workaround:  Run by OBS or some other parameters

Environment

Release : 16.0.3 and 16.1

Component : Clarity Job Scheduler

Cause

This has been submitted to engineering for review as DE66388

Note this may only be for large data sets.

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.1.1
