The Model_Class is not updated in SRM database when modified in Spectrum OneClick

Issue/Introduction

After updating the model class of a device in Spectrum and running the poll_device.sh script, the device's Model_Class is still not updated in SRM database 

 

Environment

Release : 21.2, 22.2.1

Component : Spectrum Reporting

Cause

The Network Appliance(140) model class is not support in the poll_device.sh script and SRM.

Resolution

The "Network Appliance(140)" model class is not supported in SRM. We have created an enhancement request (US840701) to support the poll_device.sh script  updating Model_class to Network_Appliance(140).
