Rally: Milestone Project Description Validation Error

Issue/Introduction

When creating a milestone for one project, it throws an error for validation on the project description. But it only does this on one particular project and I cannot replicate it on any other projects,  we would like to know the root cause and if there is a bug somewhere on this that needs to be looked at.

Cause

The Workspace admin page is customized for the Project using the field "Description" this field is set to mandatory by the sub-admin for the projects in the user workspace.

Resolution

Whenever a field in Rally is set to mandatory then it becomes a  required field for performing any actions.

When a field (Project-->Description) is set to mandatory at the Workspace UI level, all the projects in the workspace need to update the description field to avoid these Red-flair issues.
