Domain Tab is not Loading

Issue/Introduction
When a user clicks Configuration > Configuration Browser > Domain
The following error is displayed:
"Loading configuration properties.
Please wait.."
Additionally, we observed that the ITPAM Service would not start.
Environment
Release : 4.3

Cause
This issue was caused by misconfiguration in the OasisConfig.properties file
An incorrect server was found.
2022-08-27 14:20:57,908 WARN [org.hibernate.cfg.SettingsFactory] [4.8.151-8080-10] Could not obtain connection metadata
org.jboss.util.NestedSQLException: Unable to get managed connection for SERVER; - nested throwable: (javax.resource.ResourceException: Unable to get managed connection for SERVER)
Resolution
After ensuring the correct servers are configured in OasisConfig.properties, the ITPAM service started and the Contents of "Domain" page loaded successfully.
